10.30amGoing green doesn’t have to be hard work and can
be achieved with some quick wins, some great promotional
projects and some long term goals set over time.
Investors in the Environment is a not-for-profit scheme
that includes helping businesses through a number of steps
to achieve an environmental accreditation but to also have a
credible environmental management system and promotion for
the business efforts.
Businesses will also be shown a number of examples and
case studies on the day of businesses that have gone green
and how its benefitted them.

We exhibit year on year because this event always
generates a good level of business for me and gives me a
chance to get my name in front of people I might not
otherwise meet. In particular over the last few years, since
the exhibition has become more established, it has been a
useful opportunity to bump into existing customers as they
are walking around and have a chat in a more relaxed
environment. I really enjoy that.
